We offer a variety of pricing schedules. Our fees are predicated on several factors such as type of projects or tasks needed, number of hours required, and other items unique to your business. Please complete a quote request or contact us to discuss the best arrangement to fit your needs. If you need a service that is not listed, we have teamed up with some local professionals to outsource certain projects. We provide this service at no additional charge to you. We use the Industry Production Standards (IPS) to calculate the approximate time it should take to complete your work. This is a method utilized by the business support industry to compute time for various levels of document production. IPS ensures that you pay for the "average time" it should take for a "model" provider to complete your work.
Supplies are billable at cost plus 10%. Rates include return of original material, plus one printed copy on 20# bond paper. Prices are subject to change without notice. Fees for services are billed in ¼ hour increments with a minimum billing of 1 hour. A 50% deposit is required before work can begin unless a prior working relationship has been established. Invoices are sent via e-mail or USPS the first of each month with the balance payable within 10 days. Payments can be made by personal or cashier checks. Online payments are accepted through Pay Pal.
